We are preparing a new Cardiotext website with improved ordering for both print and eBooks, multi-currency support, and worldwide delivery. As part of this transition,
effective October 1, 2025, orders are no longer processed from our Hopkins, Minnesota office. Until the new site is live, please place your orders through Amazon, Ingram, Matthews, and other retailers or distributors that carry Cardiotext titles. We appreciate your interest and continued support and look forward to working with you through the new platform.

Open access, digital content and eBooks

  • Some older print books may mention free companion digital access. This complimentary program has been discontinued.
  • Cardiotext may modify or discontinue any free digital projects at any time.
  • eBooks are non-returnable.
  • Downloading open-access editions may result in follow-up emails (unsubscribe anytime).

Payment options for outstanding orders

Cardiotext accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Institutional purchase orders are also accepted.

Credit card security code

The 3–4 digit CVC code is required for your protection.
Located on the front of AmEx cards, back of Visa/MC/Discover.

Wire transfers

Only accepted from customers outside the U.S. and include a USD 35 fee.

How do I return my order?

Claims for returns on print books must be sent to us within 30 days or less from the delivery date of your purchase. Email your request for a return to cardiotexthelp@glassboxx.com. Include the order number and a reason for return.

We are not responsible for any late delivery of books shipped from one of our fulfillment centers or for the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible and required to pay for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes on any goods ordered from our website and received from our warehouse.

Once we have reviewed your request and determined that a refund is in order, we will email you confirmation and instructions for returning the book(s).

If your request is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the card number used for the original purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear on your credit card account.

We do not offer returns or refunds on ebook or audiobook sales.

Returns for Amazon, distributors, or other bookstores

Contact the vendor you originally purchased from.
Note: eBooks are non-returnable.


Shipping and special handling for outstanding orders

International shipping terms and conditions

Book prices and shipping do not include duties or customs fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, Cardiotext may charge:

  • Outbound shipping
  • Return shipping
  • Customs/handling fees

Shipments to Minnesota are subject to MN sales tax.
