How do I return my order?

For returns on orders placed with cardiotextpublishing.com

We normally accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition. For most products, the purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.

For returns that are not due to a defect or an error on our part, original shipping charges and any duties or fees paid by the customer are not refundable.

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Please complete our Return Authorization form
. A return authorization number will be emailed to you, usually within one business day. This authorization is valid for thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Returns made after that date, or sent without prior authorization, may be refused and not credited.

For returns on orders placed with Amazon, a distributor, or another bookstore

If you ordered through a third party (such as Amazon, a distributor, or a local bookstore), please contact that company directly to review and follow their return
policy.

Please note: eBooks and other digital products are non-returnable.
